In Little Rock only, a city office can help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. It is the Department of Housing and Neighborhood Programs. It can help when federal funding is available each year. Call (501) 371-6825. You can also contact it to report possible violations of the city's Tenant Rights ordinance (its minimum housing standards for rented homes).
