  • Legal Services of North Dakota is a non-profit organization. It gives free legal help to low income or elderly North Dakotans. Its cases include housing. To qualify, you must meet income requirements, have a North Dakota legal issue, and complete an application. Website: legalassist.org.

  • North Dakota Legal Self Help Center (ndcourts.gov/legal-self-help) gives resources to people who represent themselves in civil cases in North Dakota state courts. Its site has a section for landlords and tenants, including a page on eviction for tenants. The Center is not your lawyer and cannot be your lawyer.

The center says it has fewer staff, so replies may be slow.
