There are no Pennsylvania laws or court rulings stating that a landlord needs to provide advance notice when entering a rented a property.

A landlord however cannot enter or alter a property to where the renter is frequently disturbed. This is called the "covenant of quiet enjoyment," which must be outlined in each lease within Pennsylvania.

Definitions of landlord access within PA are constantly shifting. If you feel that you have been frequently disturbed by your landlord, gather your lease, any and all communications between you and your landlord, and if possible visual evidence.
